Chevron Grants the Klein ISD
$224,000 for JASON Project

At the Sept. 9, 2013, Klein ISD Board meeting, Karen Rawls, Chevron public and government affairs representative presented a check for more than $224,000 to the district which is designated to fund the JASON project. Chevron is a partner of the JASON project which is a hands-on classroom curricula that places students in challenging, real-world situations. Students have the opportunity to connect with top scientists and engineers through the project.
