Klein provides a half-day pre-Kindergarten program for qualifying students in both English and Spanish Bilingual instructional settings in most of the elementary schools.

Student Eligibility: Prekindergarten is a program designed for four-year old children with Limited English Proficiency or students who come from a family with income at or below the subsistence level. Timeline: Parents are encouraged to attend prekindergarten "Round-Up" in early August of each year. Testing for oral language proficiency or verification of income level is required.
