Thank you for your interest in volunteering in the Klein Independent School District.  Signing up to volunteer is easy and involves the following two steps: completing a volunteer application and a criminal background check.

Both steps must be completed before you may volunteer.

If you have any questions about the criminal history check or about the volunteer program in Klein schools, please call Trazanna Moreno at 832.249.4750 or your school principal. 

1. Click either "Sign Me Up" or "Inscribame" to complete your volunteer application.

• Fill out the online application form.
• Click "Submit".
• Return to this page and complete an online criminal background check.

2. Click "Criminal Background Check".

• Consent to an online background check.
• Fill out the background check form.
• Click "Save".
• If you are unable to fill out the Criminal Background Check online, you may get a paper copy from your school's volunteer coordinator.

• If you want to change your school, add a school or change job assignments, click on the link below, download and complete the Volunteer Change Form.
• The Volunteer Change Form should reflect ALL schools you wish to serve and ALL job assignments not just your additions. This means you may have multiple schools and assignments marked.
• Send Volunteer Change Form to your school office so this information may be updated in the district’s central database.
