Lori started working for Klein Police Department in August of 1998 as a part-time crossing guard at Theiss Elementary. A couple of years later she became a full-time crossing guard and started working part-time as a dispatcher for the Police Department. It wasn’t long after that she started working full time as Security Specialist.
Shana has served as a security specialist with the Klein ISD Police Department since January 2010. She primarily supports the district with its partnership in the Harris County Stay in School Program, working closely with the campus attendance offices, juvenile division court personnel, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. The team works to promote student attendance and addresses truancy by establishing measurable goals and objectives. Shana assists in other areas of office support as needed, including department training, police and background reports, and community assistance.
Ino is a Computer Specialist for the Klein Police Department, and is responsible for planning, assigning and tracking extra Police coverage for all Klein ISD schools, and Athletic events. He also collects, processes, and tracks Police Department overtime. Ino joined the Klein ISD Police Department in September 2008 with 25 years of service management experience with companies such as IBM, Eastman Kodak, and Sun Microsystems.
Amy is a Security Specialist in the Records Division of the Klein ISD Police Department. She is responsible for processing and tracking all paperwork associated with police reports, citations, and crash reports. She works as a liaison between the Klein ISD Police Department and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Amy has been with Klein since November 2012, the last year in her current position as a Security Specialist. While in her current position, she has improved efficiency within the Records divison and expanded the scope of this position. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her large extended family, reading, and needlework.
Donna has been employed at Klein ISD Police Department since September 2012. She attended Briarwood College in Southington, Connecticut for Paralegal studies and headed up the Social Security Disability department at Trantolo & Trantolo Law Firm in Hartford, CT. She files truancy cases for the Stay in School Program and assists the District Attorney’s office and the school district with truancy questions, and prepares truancy files for Juvenile court. She records and prepares the minutes for all Command Staff meetings. She is also responsible for all work orders, package deliveries, and escorting workers on the property. She is the benefit and worker's compensation liaison. She assists the Chief’s administrative assistant with events held at the Police Department. She assists senior command and regular command staff with special assignments. She is in charge of the assembly room calendar and schedules the senior command staff meetings at the various schools.
