The superintendent is the educational leader and chief executive officer of the district, providing joint leadership with the Board of Trustees as a Team of Eight. The Klein ISD Team of Eight advocates for the high achievement of all students; creates and supports connections with the community; and provides leadership in development and implementing the district's vision statement and long-range educational plan.
