1. Your request must be in writing, delivered in person, sent by U.S. mail, fax or e-mail. Under the Public Information Act, only written requests trigger the District’s obligations to provide a response.
2. Your request must be for documents or information that are already in existence. The District is not required to answer questions or perform research.
3. Please address requests to the Officer for Public Information.
