STEM
In Klein ISD, there are four STEM pathways, Computer Science & Algorithms Pathway, Cybersecurity Pathway, Engineering Design Pathway and the accelerated college pathway: Geospatial Engineering & Land Surveying Pathway. To find our more about each pathway, click on the links below the pathways below.
Students must satisfy TEA requirements of 4 math and 4 science credits to receive an endorsement. The STEM endorsement requires Algebra II, Chemistry, and Physics or Principles of Technology while completing these math and science requirements. If a student completes the 4 math and 4 science credits but does not take the required STEM Endorsement classes, the student will receive a Business & Industry Endorsement or a Public Service Endorsement for the Health Science Pathways.
