Attention Pre-K Families

Greenwood Forest, Kaiser, Klenk, Or McDougle

Pre-kindergarten students enrolling at Greenwood Forest, Kaiser, Klenk, or McDougle will be attend the Grace England Pre-K Center.

Eiland or Epps Island

Pre-kindergarten students enrolling at Eiland or Epps Island will attend Eiland Elementary School.


2024-2025: Pre-kindergarten students enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year at Nitsch will attend Eiland Elementary School.
2023-2024: Pre-kindergarten students enrolling for the 2023-2024 school year at Nitsch will continue to attend the Grace England Pre-K Center.


2024-2025: Pre-kindergarten students enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year at Brill will be attend Krahn Elementary School.

All About Pre-Kindergarten

Pre-Kindergarten 4-Years-Old

Klein ISD offers a free, full-day Pre-K 4-year-old program for all students who meet state eligibility requirements and tuition-based Pre-K for all Klein ISD full-time employees whose children do not meet the state eligibility requirements.

Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE)

ECSE provides special education and related services for eligible children with disabilities ages 3-5.  ECSE refers to the services provided by the district, not to the place where they are provided.  Eligible children may receive ECSE services in a variety of settings such as pre-kindergarten and self-contained classrooms or in community settings such as Head Start and pre-school.
