PE:
This nine weeks in PE, students will be learning to strike with an implement. We will be playing several holiday games to teach this objective as well as learning to play golf! Students will continue to practice correct techniques for motor development skills and follow teacher instructions to improve performance. Students will demonstrate safe practice by following class rules, procedures, and respecting the personal space of others.
Please remember to put your student’s names inside or on their personal items so we know who they belong to if they get left behind.
*Reminder: students need to wear tennis shoes to PE. Students will have to sit out of PE if they wear high heels, boots, sandals, Hey Dudes or Crocs.
Vocabulary:
Consecutively, Elevated, Non-Dominant, Implement, Underhand Strike, Overhand Strike

Art:
The lower grades are pretty much done with rodeo art and will be starting on some holiday art projects. Most of the students in grades 3-5 are still working on Rodeo Art. For the students that are done, they will create Neurographic Art with a chosen theme.

Music:
Students are continuing their Music Literacy skills and preparing for our Christmas Sing a Long.
Mark your calendar for December 12: Showstopper & Shockwaves Winter Concert at 6:00 PM in the cafeteria.
Hope to see you there!
