This month we will be will begin your child’s musical experiences by singing, moving,
playing instruments, and learning music terminology. The school wide discipline, SOAR
is utilized in our classroom. Students are rewarded with positive incentives, such as
points, prizes, stickers and Happy Grams.

We are looking forward to meeting you and teaching your children.
Shockwaves and Showstopper information will be coming soon!

This month in class, we will be creating, defining and
recognizing the basic elements of art. Such as line,
shape, color and texture. The students will learn by
using the art elements within their personal artwork.

Taking donations of:

  • pencils
  • heavyweight styrofoam plates
  • old calendar pictures( dogs, farm
  • animals, rodeo etc.

This month we will be introducing our objectives and safety rules, playing exciting games
involving locomotor and non-locomotor movements, throwing, catching, learning about
healthy habits and setting yearly goals.
Please be sure your students wear athletic shoes on their PE days (crocs, sandals, Hey
Dudes, etc. are not allowed).
