Crescendo of Achievement: Klein ISD Board Celebrates 20 Texas All-State Musicians
The Texas Music Educators Association has selected 20 Klein ISD student musicians as Texas All-State Musicians.
Students were chosen for this prestigious honor through a competitive process held across the state at the District, Region, and Area levels.
"Our student-musicians continue to impress and bless our entire Klein ISD community," Superintendent Dr. Jenny McGown said. "These All-State performers epitomize dedication, giftedness, and remarkable talent, contributing to Klein ISD's enduring tradition of excellence in the Arts.”
High school students selected to perform in the All-State concerts have competed through auditions to qualify at the state level. All-State is the highest honor a Texas music student can receive. Through a process that began with over 70,000 students vying for this honor, only 1,875 students were selected to perform in one of 18 ensembles.
“We are incredibly proud of Klein ISD's rich history of TMEA All-State success. To see our students reach their goals after months of hard work brings me great joy and makes me even more honored to serve them and their teachers as the Director of Fine Arts,” Frank Chuter said. “We are blessed to have such great student musicians and faculty to guide them.”
Congratulations to each of these Klein ISD All-State Musicians! Your #KleinFamily is so proud of the drive and passion you display for music.
