Mittelstädt Elementary Students and Teacher Honored at Board Meeting
Two students and a teacher from Mittelstädt Elementary were honored at the October Board of Trustees meeting for their hard work and success in the classroom.
Outstanding Mittelstädt Academic Lead Mr. Aaron Small is inspirational and described as a "go-getter." He always humbly leads, recognizes excellence, and thanks people for their hard work and support.
"Mr. Small is eager to model, assist, and coach others. He is one of those people you will see all over our building, helping support in any way possible," Principal Julie Shumake said. "He is a wonderful leader. He walked these halls as a student, then returned to Mittelstädt to serve the students, staff, and community members."
Student Bradley is an excellent student with leadership qualities who actively listens. He is willing to learn any task and inspires those around him, students and teachers alike.
"Most students look up to him in a classroom, whether in the hallway, gym, or campus. Bradley displays those leadership qualities," teacher Ms. Hanaiya Thomas said, and I am honored to be his teacher."
Student Lincoln is committed to challenging herself and making a difference in her teachers' and peers' lives. She stands out at her school as a leader.
"Lincoln is always doing the right thing and setting a good example," teacher Madeline Clark said. "She is here every day, ready to learn with a smile on her face. Her joyful spirit is always so contagious."
Congratulations again to Bradley, Lincoln, and Mr. Small for being terrific examples of leadership to our Klein Family. You genuinely encapsulate what it means to succeed and make us proud!
