In track and field, she is recognized as the school record holder for the Distance Medley Relay and the 4x800-meter relay.

“While I may not have spent my entire K-12 years in Klein ISD, I owe much of my academic and extracurricular success to my time as a Klein ISD student. As a young Frank Flyer, my caring and supportive teachers ignited my curiosity and love for learning that has stuck with me all these years,” Jocelyn said. “When reentering the district as an eighth grader after four years of being homeschooled, I was impacted by encouraging teachers and coaches that helped me to believe in myself, which has greatly impacted my future goals in life. I cannot be grateful enough for the hands-on opportunities and committed teachers that Klein ISD has provided me!”

Upon graduation, Jocelyn will attend a university of her choice, studying Aerospace Engineering, and plans to pursue a career in the field of space exploration.

Great job, Jocelyn! Your Klein Family is so proud of you and can’t wait to see where your talents take you.
