The Klein Collins Tiger Belles made history at the 2025 Universal Dance Association (UDA) National Dance Team Championship (NDTC), competing among the Nation's best and becoming National Champions.
The Tiger Belles dominated the Varsity Intermediate Pom Division, advancing to the finals in first place and securing the title of UDA National Champions, a first in team history. This is the Tiger Belles’ second time at the UDA National Dance Team Championship, having competed last year and attained fifth place.
"As a coach, winning the National Title is a feeling unlike anything I've ever experienced," Tiger Belles Director Olivia Martin said. "Though the true reward isn't the gold medal, the trophy, the banner, the jacket, or the ring—it's knowing that my students embody respect, kindness, hard work, and a genuine love for dance and their teammates. I'm incredibly proud of the culture we've built as a team."
The Klein Cain Legacies made an unforgettable debut at NDTC, competing for the first time and delivering a stunning performance that earned them 2nd place in the Varsity Intermediate Pom Division.
"When we started talking about qualifying for NDTC last April, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into," Klein Cain Legacies Head Coach Amy Laroe said. "We approached the team with the idea, and they were excited about the challenge. There have been hours of learning a new style of choreography, sore muscles, injuries, progress, and obstacles, but this team worked together each day to get better and stronger. There are no words to express how proud we are of them."
Congratulations to the Tiger Belles and the Klein Cain Legacies! Your #KleinFamily is so proud of your talent and dedication.
