Two students and a teacher from Kaiser Elementary were honored at the November Board of Trustees meeting for their hard work and success in the classroom.
Fifth-grade Dual Language Spanish Bilingual teacher Ms. Esmeralda Trejo is being honored for her collaboration and commitment to student success in her classroom. She knows every student by name, strength, and need.
"Ms. Trejo creates a welcoming, engaging environment where dual language learners feel valued and supported through her thoughtful use of data," Kaiser Principal Laura Hall said. "She uses knowledge to provide purposeful instruction that helps every learner thrive."
Fifth-grader Danielle is the youngest in her class, and she brings such joy to others. She carries herself with remarkable maturity and focus, always eager to share her insights and help others.
"She comes to school with curiosity and purpose, not just in reading, but in all her favorite subjects like music, art, and science," Danielle's teacher, Mr. Wilkins Vargas, said. "She also lives by our school's core values. Every day, she sets a great example to the people around her."
Fifth-grader Jhon stands out as a role model in his class, even from the beginning of the year. He consistently demonstrates responsibility, perseverance, and a genuine love for learning. He is always respectful to everyone around him, and no matter the situation, he is always willing to help others.
"Whether it's tackling a challenging math problem, participating in class discussions, or helping classmates who need support, he does it all with a positive attitude and a kind heart," Jhon’s teacher, Ms. Trejo, said. "Jhon embodies our Kaiser core values every single day."
At Klein ISD, we take pride in our teachers and students, and we ensure that every student enters with a promise and exits with a purpose.
Congratulations again to Ms. Trejo, Danielle, and Jhon for being a shining example to our Klein ISD Community. You truly encapsulate what it means to go above and beyond.
