KLEIN — The Hildebrandt Intermediate counseling team has been honored with the prestigious Counselors Reinforcing Excellence for Students in Texas (CREST) Award for Counseling Excellence by the Texas School Counselor Association (TSCA). This recognition celebrates the team’s outstanding leadership, comprehensive counseling program, and powerful impact on students and the community.
“Our Hildebrandt counselors exemplify what it means to champion our students,” Klein ISD Superintendent Dr. Jenny McGown said. “Their compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment to every Mustang’s well-being are transformational. We are incredibly proud of the Hildebrandt team for earning this distinguished CREST Award, and for the extraordinary impact they make every day.”
Hildebrandt principal Kimi Williams is proud of her school counseling team for earning this prestigious achievement.

Their dedication to ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and valued is truly inspiring,” Principal Williams said. “They work tirelessly and collaboratively to uplift our Hildebrandt community—students, teachers, families, and beyond. CREST Award recipients will be recognized at the TSCA Conference, held February 1–3 at the Fort Worth Convention Center, with a special awards dinner on February 1.
