KLEIN – Benignus Elementary and Northampton Elementary have been awarded a $3,750 Multi-campus grant from the Klein ISD Education Foundation (KEF) for the “Little Learners Library,” a community-based early literacy program designed to support preschool-aged children (ages 3–5) in the Northampton and Benignus Elementary school zones.
In a surprise visit from the KEF Celebration Express, Benignus and Northampton Elementary were honored with the grant alongside Foundation directors, community members, and Superintendent Dr. Jenny McGown.
