Each year, aspiring educators enter Klein ISD classrooms as teacher residents, gaining a full year of hands-on experience alongside expert mentor teachers. Through strong university partnerships and the support of campus leaders, instructional coaches, and mentors, the program has grown into one of the largest Teacher Residency programs in Texas.
