Visit our booth at the Klein Education Foundation Fun Run to learn essential emergency response skills, including: Bleeding control strategies, choking relief, and hands-only CPR. Saturday May 2 at Klein High School. Stop by anytime between 7:30-9:00 AM to learn essential first aid skills. Free and open to everyone - even if you are not participating in the fun run!

Mahaffey Elementary celebrated its 10th Annual Special Olympics with a day full of excitement, encouragement, and community spirit!
The event began with a special torch run led by students, as classmates, staff, and families cheered them on. With help from incredible volunteers from Klein Oak AFJROTC, students participated in fun events and activities throughout the day. Families even joined in the fun, playing and celebrating alongside their children. #KidsinKlein

During National School Social Work Week, we’re celebrating Lori Cook, Youth Service Specialist in Klein ISD. A proud Klein High alum, Lori was inspired to help others early in life and now supports students as they overcome challenges and grow into thriving adults. 💙
"I chose the social work field because I was always drawn to helping people. In my High School yearbook, I wrote that I wanted to major in psychology, which I did in college. I did an internship at a children’s shelter while in college, and I wanted to help anyway I could.

Klein Collins High School and Benignus Elementary teamed up for Architects of Sustainability, a hands-on project made possible by a $10,006 Multi-Campus Grant from the Klein ISD Education Foundation and PBK. 🏙️♻️
High school and elementary students worked side by side to study European architecture and design their own sustainable model cities—learning teamwork, creativity, and environmental responsibility along the way. 💡🌍.
