This year, 596 FFA exhibitors showcased 1,149 projects, highlighting the leadership and skills developed through Klein ISD Agriscience programs and the National FFA Organization.
Thanks to incredible community support, the auction raised $363,650, contributing to an impressive $618,316 total — funds that go directly back to students through scholarships and future projects.
We’re so proud of our FFA students, Ag teachers, volunteers, and supporters for making this year’s show a success! 👏 #KleinFamily

Named from Dr. King’s words, “out of a mountain of despair, a stone of hope,” this award recognizes President James’ decades of bridge-building, service, and steadfast advocacy for students and families across our community. Congratulations, President James!

“Initially, many students are unsure about the benefits of the program,” Ballinger said. “But after experiencing two business cycles and understanding the job opportunities available after just one year, their understanding deepens.”
Through hands-on learning and real-world experience — including preparing personal tax returns through the VITA program — students see firsthand how accounting connects to everyday life. “They come to realize these are essential skills."
From classroom concepts to real community impact, Mr. Ballinger is helping Klein Oak students build confidence, career readiness, and financial literacy that will last a lifetime. 💙
