This honor recognizes their excellence in energy efficiency, innovation, and stewardship—along with real, measurable districtwide impact.

From 5 designated teachers in 2019 to 990 in 2025-2026, Klein ISD is celebrating a historic milestone in the Teacher Incentive Allotment! 🎉
This year, more than $10.4 million was generated to recognize outstanding teaching and student growth across the district. 👏🍎

The Klein Collins High School Indoor Percussion team captured the Scholastic Open Class World Championship at Winter Guard International in Dayton, Ohio — earning the first-ever WGI gold medal for a Klein ISD program.

🍎✨ During Teacher Appreciation Week, we’re proud to celebrate educators like Ms. Kristin Ruffin of Kohrville Elementary—24 years in education and still leading with heart, purpose, and connection.
A third-generation educator, Ms. Ruffin creates a classroom where every student feels seen, valued, and part of a community. From interactive lessons and daily reading to teaching sign language to build inclusion, she brings learning to life in meaningful ways.
